What am I going to pull? The official ODDS for 2005 SP Signature 8×10 Golf cards!

If you are a golf fan then there is no secret to the elegancy and display worthiness of the 2005 SP Signature Golf 8×10 autographed cards!  For a golf enthusiast this is as good as it gets!  Awesome panoramic scenes and portraits of your favorite golfers in the world.  The value of these is amazing considering most people out there have no idea how hard it is to actually pull a Tiger Woods or even a Jack Nicklaus or Arnold Palmer!  There are subsets of portrait variations that are some of the best designed and coolest cards I have seen.  The black and sepia motif of the portraits are absolutely stunning! Just check out some of the pictures!

Tiger Woods 2005 SP Signature Golf 8x10 Signature ShotsAnnika Sorenstam 2005 SP Signature Golf 8x10 Signature Shots

Each case has 12 boxes in it and each box contains 6 envelopes that have random assortment of 1 8×10 autographed card (a hot pack can contain 2!) and a pack of 3 regular sized cards and here is the breakdown:

Each envelope contain either a signature shot 8×10 and they are either vertical portrait like the Tiger above or the horizontal like the Annika Sorenstam. There will be some sort of the following in each envelope pack and they come in different levels and numbers and I will list them from the most common to the rarest in their categories.  There are normal ones that are not numbered which are the most common, Black and White Variations (# to 50), Black and White Variations SP (means short print and an example is the Annika Sorenstam above) (# to 25), Portrait Variations (# to 100), Portrait Variations SP (Like the Tiger above) (#25) Signature Greatness (# to 10), Signature Shots Dual – these have two golfers on them with their respective autos (# to 25), or finally Signature Shots Triple, which have three golfers (# to 5).

Do not forget that there is a three “normal size” card pack in there also!  You will get a tournament worn shirt card in every one!  It will either be a First Tee Rookie Shirt Card, an Authentic Fabric or the coveted Signature Swatches which are numbered to 10 cards only and feature a swatch and an auto!

Here is an example of a Tiger Woods Signature Swatch numbered to 10! Sweet huh!

So this product is rarely seen and is REALLY tough to find.  Good Luck in your card hunting as this product is really stylish and slick.  I personally think that it blows away the 2004 release.

JUST REMEMBER when buying cards to do your research before you buy!

ODDS and info for 2004 SP Signature 8×10 Golf cards!

What am I going to pull?  The official ODDS for 2004 SP Signature 8×10 Golf cards!

If you are a golf fan then there is no secret to the elegancy and display worthiness of the 2004 SP Signature Golf 8×10 autographed cards!  For a golf enthusiast this is as good as it gets!  Awesome panoramic scenes and portraits of your favorite golfers in the world.  The value of these cards are amazing considering most people out there have no idea how hard it is to actually pull a Tiger Woods or even a Jack Nicklaus or Arnold Palmer!  For example there were only 136 Arnold Palmer Signature Shots 8×10s made and even fewer of Jack Nickluas!  Upper Deck tends to make the best cards more short printed to enhance the collecting experience and challenge the set builders.

Each case has 12 boxes in it and each box contains 6 envelopes that have  a random assortment of one 8×10 autographed card (a hot pack can contain 2!) and a pack of 3 regular sized cards.  Here is the pack breakdown:

Each envelope contains either a Signature Shot or a Signs of a Champion (which come 1 in every 25 packs).  Signs of a Champion are highly collectable and are photos and autos of the best in the game like Tiger Woods (there are 4 of them), Retief Goosen, Fred Couples, Charles Howell III, etc.  The normal Signature Shots that you see around eBay have most of the PGA and LPGA stars and several of the regular players like Woods, Nicklaus and Palmer that I explained earlier.  Here is an example of each:

Arnold Palmer 2004 SP Signature Golf 8x10 Signature ShotsRetief Goosen 2004 SP Signature Golf 8x10 Signs of a Champion

The Arnold is a Signature Shots but short printed to 136 copies.  The Retief Goosen pictured is an example of a Signs of a Champion that are insterted in 1:25 packs.  Basically, if you do not get a Signature Shots you will get a Signs of a Champion.  In 25 packs, 24 should be Signature Shots and 1 will be a Signs of a Champion.  This may help you appreciate how seriously difficult it is to pull a Tiger Woods card!  2005 is even harder because all of the Tigers are short printed!

As far as the 3 card pack they come 1 in each evelope or 2 in each hot pack.  The odds are that you will get a Tournament Worn Shirt card in every pack at the following odds;  First Tee Rookie (1:3), Single Fabric (1:2), Double Fabric (random assortment /100), Triple Fabric (random assortment /50), Front 9 Fabrics Dual (random assortment /100), Front 9 Fabrics Triples (random assortment /50), and the most saught after Signature Swatches (randomly assorted /25).

Hope this helps some of you out there.  For some of you this is common knowledge but to those that are new to Upper Deck Golf collecting I just want to say that the overall this product is virtually dried up and gone.  Good luck finding closed packs, boxes or even cases!
