Every month Shlink Lincoln Sports Golf Card Review will be breaking down the Top 25 SP Authentic Golf Rookie card sales. As a dedicated collector of SPA Golf Rookies I keep a close eye on the eBay market. Rankings are not based on price alone as there must be at least two sales per month for a card to qualify. Notable single card sales are listed at the end of the rankings.

Note for February rankings:

With a full month of data and over 300 sales tracked, the Top 10 is now the Top 25. Golf Rookies are alive and well, even if they go unreported in the major price guide publications. Being the first month of the Top 25, a lot of card stats below are marked N/A (not available) as I improved my tracking from January to February. These stats should get more in depth in the coming months.

Avg. Price: Average price of sales for the listed month including single and lot sales.

High Price: Highest price sale for the listed month with eBay sale link (when available).

Last Month: Last month’s rank followed by position change.

$ Change: Percentage change in the “Avg. Price” from the previous month.

#4	Avg. Price $66.79 High Price $75.00	Paula Creamer 2005 SP Authentic Auto /799 Paula already has a win on the young LPGA season. This card is quickly becoming the cream of the crop amongst lady golfers (pun intended).	Last Month #3 -1 $ Change -23%
#5	Avg. Price $59.26 High Price $117.01 (BGS 9.5)	Retief Goosen 2001 SP Authentic Auto /900 Retief's SPA rookies have seen a resurgence as of late. I picked up one myself this month. Here's to hoping he can get back to his major winning ways.	Last Month 1st Time $ Change N/A
#6	Avg. Price $43.01 High Price $51.00	Annika Sorenstam 2003 SP Authentic Auto /799 She's baaaaaaaaaack. It seems 2007 was just a fluke as Annika wins the season opener in Hawaii. You can still get this card for less than $40 if you look hard enough.	Last Month #4 -2 $ Change +9%
#7	Avg. Price $39.53 High Price $86.00 (BGS 9.5)	David Toms 2001 SP Authentic Auto /900 One of the original "Auto 6", Toms has struggled on tour of late but is always a threat to win. Could jump into the Top 5 if he gets back into the winner's circle.	Last Month 1st Time $ Change N/A
#8	Avg. Price $23.55 High Price $37.00	Natalie Gulbis 2003 SP Authentic Auto /1999 Not the best (yet), but certainly the most popular. A slight decline in the rankings this month, falling out of the Top 5.	Last Month #5 -3 $ Change -4%
#9	Avg. Price $17.87 High Price $21.50	Lorena Ochoa 2003 SP Authentic Auto /1999 #1 in the world, Lorena makes here first appearnce in the Top 25 this month with 7 sales in February. #15	Avg. Price $9.03 High Price $15.50	Stephen Ames 2005 SP Authentic Auto /999 Ames is the sleeper of February, with a 401% increase in Avg. Price from January and topping out at $15.50. Definately has Top 10 aspirations at only 799 produced.	Last Month 1st Time $ Change +401%
